This Company is a joke! I ordered a part for a heater on 12/06/2025. It took over a week to get it shipped. When it came it was the wrong part completely. I called them and they said they would send me a return label. After 2 weeks I called them again to say I never received the return label. They said sorry, Then they emailed me a return label I also asked to cancel the original order because I went to a local hardware store and got the part I needed for 1/3 the cost. After a week I called again to tell them I had not received my refund. The next day they charged me again for the list price of the item I cancelled. I called again. They the credited my CC the list price of the item they never mailed me and I have to eat the shipping cost of a part that was never shipped. 4 phone calls later Here I am. Please do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

I was charged for my order, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer “service”! First, one part ordered was used, it worked, had no choice but to install as it was cold needed fireplace. Second, the other part was NEVER shipped!! Still waiting for part or refund on part!! If you have free time call CS but expect to wait 30+ minutes, to only get as ignorant as possible of a person to get NOTHING done!! Need to go through my bank to get charge reversed, use credit card NOT a debit card, easier to reverse, but you’re better off to STAY AWAY from this company!!!

Walk away. Terrible customer service. Heater quit after 4 months. Had to ship it back to them. They have yet to repair or return it. BBB rating is F.

terrible customer service long waiting times for the most minor calls, company does not properly stand behind its products at this time, just installed their gas heater radio control does not work and they do not replace penny pinchers ... custom er service waiting times 58-110 minutes just like welfare in New York City used and the jack ass wagons voice mail box is full just like the psycho down the block.
