  This is the second house that pro fireplace has built a floor to ceiling fireplace for my home they have done a fantastic job both times. From the showroom with Maureen To working with Wayne and Mike during the install Customer service is excellent. The fireplace looks amazing and the team is professional and easy to work with.   Owners Mike and Wayne are true professionals. As a DIYer for most projects around the house, I visited four fireplace dealers trying to find the best combination of fireplace size, features and dealer support during my install. I settled on the Regency P33 and ordered it through this place. Mike made sure I had everything I needed for a successful installation. When a part came up missing from the original shipment, Mike ordered the part, brought it to the house, installed it, tested the fireplace operation, and made sure my work was compliant with the manufacturer’s instructions and warranty - all without additional cost! Check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

  If I could, I would give Pro Fireplace 10 stars! From the moment we walked into their store to the installation of the fireplace, it was a first class experience all the way. After visiting all the fireplace stores in the area, Pro Fireplace was our last stop. We were greeted when we walked in, and we were given undivided attention by Maureen, regardless how many times the phone rang. After visiting so many other places and being told untruths, it was refreshing to have someone speak to us honestly and give us the real facts. We were sold! Let’s face it, gas inserts are expensive but their price was better than their competition and we were able to snag a Black Friday deal. win-win! Fast forward to installation. Our installers, Wayne, Mike and Gunner were phenomenal..like a well oiled machine. They took care to make sure all floor surfaces were protected. They were courteous, respectful and efficient..clearly well experienced and knowledgeable about their job. After the installation, everything about the operation was explained thoroughly. I would highly recommend Pro Fireplace to everyone. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Thank you, Pro Fireplace.

  When we decided to replace our older fireplace, we went to Pro Fireplace in Orchard Park, and we are very glad we did! Owners Wayne and Mike were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering our many questions. Wayne came out to our house, to look over the area and explain what he would do. After selecting our fireplace, Wayne, Mike and Gunner came to our house. They also worked with our contractor, Mark Marcin (who also does amazing work) to get everything installed. We are extremely pleased with the work that was done at a fair price. Thank you, Wayne and Mike! You put the “pro” in Pro Fireplace!!
