  They get absolutely no stars from me. I had an addition put on my house, instead of putting in a mini split system or replacing the duct work in the addition the over charged me for a furnace i didn't need, his crew screwed up the installation, over charged me to move my thermostat and was rude about it. I had to put one star They'll never be allowed back in my house

  Great guys, they came and fixed my AC. Turns out ot was just a clogged filter and the outside unit needed cleaned. Works infinitely better than before they were here. It was a simple fix with no BS on their end. Honest company, highly recommend!

  Furnace was on the way to failing(in hindsight) Mark was super responsive and available when the temps were at 0. He came promptly as promised. He was there 3 times, each time he left the furnace was working. We were "band-aiding" the issue to keep it going. It became very evident that we needed a new one when it completely failed, no fault towards Pro Air and Mark. It was way past time. Don't forget to get your HVAC serviced and maintenanced. Fast forward a few days... I have a new furnace and have been complete satisfied with their effort, kindness and professionalism. Each thing they did to install my new furnace was excellent. They even fix some lazy job that the previous company did on the old furnace. Their attempts made me not want to use any company for a new furnace. Mark and his installers are great to deal with. I'll be using them without a question in the future.

  I arrived at an old farmhouse now being restored near New Castle PA, and found the thermostat had died. Realizing I needed to be able to use the furnace with cold weather in the offing, I checked reviews and talked with a friend. ProAir came highly recommended, and the folks there lived up to their billing. Got to the harm a few hours after I called, got everything working and tested the system in short order. Showed me how to use the new setup, cleaned up aafter themselves, and were courteous to a fault. Thoroughly professional in every respect. I recommend ProAir without qualification or reservation.   Excellent timely service! Mark is a very nice guy and his staff was amazing as well. Pro Air installed a new Central air unit for our house and also did some furnace repair for us. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
