  We recently asked Aaron from Pristine Sweeps for fireplace & chimney cleaning, inspection, and repair. Plus, a beautiful wood fireplace installation. We couldn't be happier with the experience. He was always on time, kind, and truly reliable. From start to finish, he explained each step clearly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free for us. Our fireplace's unusual structure caused some unexpected challenges, but he handled everything beautifully with his skills without charging any extra money. We really appreciate his patience and hard work. The finished result is beautiful, clean, and sophisticated, which is exactly what we had hoped for.   We've had Pristine clean our chimney since 2021. Our previous chimney person was spending less and less time cleaning our chimney and charging more and more money each year. We were very happy with our first experience with Pristine - Aaron was on time, did a very thorough job, provided us information about the state of the chimney we use and one we didn'f (for a decommissioned oil stove) really tidy. He is extremely respectful of our time always arriving on time. Each year the same great experience. When it came time to replace our stove this year Aaron did a stellar job! We are so happy with our new stove. It turned out to be a challenging installation due to the configuration of our existing fireplace. but Aaron persevered staying late so it would be all complete. We really appreciate working with him. I recommend him without hesitation for anyone looking for excellent service at a competitive price by a local business! :)
