Incredibly happy with my service yesterday. Micah was great, texts for reminders, knew when he was arriving and service was fantastic. Cleaned my gas unit so it looks new!! Even Cleaned the glass and the biggest critic my cat she approves. Very happy and already booked next year's cleaning

Scheduled yearly gas fireplace cleaning and service. Process was straight forward and Caelin arrived on time. She did a very thorough cleaning and was very professional. Fireplace looks great! Would highly recommend and will schedule with them again next year.

Caelin arrived timely and set right to work disassembling and diagnosing my fireplace. She explained the problem and the suggested remedy, which I agreed to. Caelin completed the work quickly, reassembled the fireplace and was on her way! She was careful to protect the floor surfaces while she worked. The service fee was very reasonable. I will definitely rely on Capital Hearth Services again to service my fireplace.

Cailen (sp) was excellent, thorough and professional. She worked through everything, explaining what she was doing as she went. In the end she could find nothing wrong. She reset the remote and it worked fine even after numerous tries "while she was here". She left and an hour later we tried to shut the fire off with the remote it did not work. Tried to start it several times that night and still didn't work. This morning it worked just fine. We will see how it goes the next few days. We are awaiting a quote back from them to put a thermostat in connected to the fireplace.

Today we had our fireplace cleaned and serviced. Caili, the technician was very courteous and professional. At first I was worried that she would get it all put back together, but she absolutely knew what she was doing. After complete disassembly and cleaning she had no trouble getting it back together and operating smoothly. When she was finished the fireplace looked and operated as good as the day it was installed. I would highly recommend them for this service should you need it.
