Went to get pellet stove pipes etc needed to hook up small pellet stove. They did not have everything we needed. They were nice enough but cost was almost 800.00 . After already hooking up the stove but of course didnt have all the piping materials went to Tractor supply and they had the other components we needed but also had the complete kit for less than half of the price under 400.00 and wouldn't of had to spend another 150.00 ..He mentioned they couldnt keep up with the big box stores. Well when you charge over double for exact same thing thats just a rip off to me and I wouldnt of had to spend another 150.00. If I would others I would check other places before I go here ever again. I have always spported small business but theze guys are way ovdr pricing.

Great experience. Good work and attention to detail. Job went totally on schedule. Crew was great. Removed an old wood stove and replaced with Napoleon Direct vent gas. Before and after picture.

I purchased a very expensive fireplace from the previous company and needed service as it wouldn't start up. I called only to find out that the original owners had sold it to Positive. So I set up a service call to fix it as it was still in the warranty period for parts. I was informed that it would be a $300 charge just to show up as they run all their service out if Cadillac which is 90 minutes away from me. And that didn't include parts or the time to diagnose the issue. So if you need service... better beware.
