  We have used Pondside for several kitchen and bath projects and have always been very pleased with the results. Stacey, the very talented designer we like to use, pays very close attention to detail and was always in communication with us as to any suggestions she had to make our project work better for us and updates of when our cabinets would arrive. Pondside is a family run business, Steven and Karen are easy to work with and have a wide selection of cabinetry, countertop materials and hardware. Highly recommend.

  We recently bought a new wood burning stove to replace an old rusty one. We shopped at many places but easily decided on Pondside. Jeff is by far the most fireplace and stove knowledgeable person ever. Working with Jeff I was sure we were getting the right stove for our house and needs.   We started our kitchen renovation at Lowe's, thinking we could navigate our way through. We pretty quickly realized that there were many considerations we needed to get right in the once-in-our-lifetime project. We asked around, made some calls, and were lucky to land at Pondside. From our first visit, we felt comfortable, never pressured, and in the presence of very knowledgeable people who could guide us to the kitchen we envisioned.   We bought a gas fireplace from Pondside for an addition to our house. Jeff knows about all of the features, options, and pricing of various models. He's also responsive with follow-up questions. The showroom has enough models on display to get a good sense of what you're getting. Very happy we chose Pondside. A lot of planning goes into building around a gas fireplace, so make sure you speak to Jeff early in your building process.

  Laurie at Pondside was instrumental in guiding us through our major kitchen remodel. She was flexible as we developed our vision for our new kitchen and helped us problem-solve when we ran into challenges inherent in old homes. We're grateful for her creative input and design expertise. Pondside's impressive selection of cabinetry and hardware allowed us to choose a custom color for our kitchen cabinets and unique pulls for drawers and doors. Our new kitchen is amazing and we couldn't be more satisfied with our Pondside experience.
