Had them come do service on 20 yr old gas log fireplace. Brandon show up right on time and was very professional. Removed his boots to ensure no mud tracked in and put a tarp down in the work area to catch any and all debris from work. Was here for 1 hour, got it goin quickly then checked every pipe joint for leaks and vacuumed out all the dust and cob webs. Very courteous and polite. The price was amazingly lower than I expected. They will be my go to guys from here on. Thank you so much!

While finding out you need to buy a new furnace is pretty awful, Pine Tree made it hurt a bit less. They had several packages to choose from and were very knowledgeable with the Michigan Saves high efficiency loan and rebate through Consumer’s. More than that, though, when the scheduler realized we were without heat over the coldest week so far this year, they were able to work us in sooner than we’d initially expected. Also, the guys that came for the install were friendly and cleaned up after themselves really well, so we were able to get right back to our (busy) household routine without delay. I’m not sure if the owner was who we were chatting with before he left for the other guys to finish up and show us around the new furnace and AC, but he gave me an owner-y vibe. Anyway, he was very friendly and I appreciated him making it a point to make some comfortable smalltalk with us. I will gladly recommend Pine Tree to anyone in need of furnace, AC, and fireplace services. It’s clear that our business was important and mattered to them, and I’m happy to support another local business!

We decided it was time to replace our 21-year-old HVAC system. I had 5 different companies come out to give us a quote. We found that Pine Tree provided the best value for our money. Kurtis had a crew out within days to install the new HVAC system, and his crew (Casey, Kyle and Corey) did an excellent job. They were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Pine Tree installed our original HVAC system and through the years we have always found them to be a trustworthy and reliable company. We would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

Great experience! From sale to install! We had Mini Split heating and cooling system installed. So happy with it in our sunroom. Perfect solution to make it a 4 season room. Working with Curtis was wonderful. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable! Pricing was better than the rest too. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be using them when the time comes.
