  Pine Lake stoves, family owned and operated. They do fireplaces, they put in fireplaces.\n They have pellet stoves. Very nice people.\n So, give you a good deal. It's what you want. Check it out. We did They even have fireplaces for the outside, like, if you want to put in a nice fire pit in your yard,

  Always nice to me when I call both man and lady I've delt with both and the doggo upstairs lol I get our pellets here very polite helps me fill the suv and always a good conversation between us as we work together at the common goal of filling my car sometimes weather can make it hard to commute but it's life here in upstate New York but deff recommend them if your in this area wish delivery was a bit cheaper and heap coverd the bill but we can't ask for too much and are greatful to even be able to use our heap at this establishment much love guys thank you for being you and teaching me what the worm sign meant 🤣🫡 -cuzzo and shelb... p.s you can fit 20 bags of dry Creek in a 2016 Chevy equinox ltz AWD comfortable for anyone that needs to know hahaha.. we will see y'all later today! 1/7/26

  I stopped at Pine Lake Woodstoves to see if I could get a part for my stove. Dominic told me to call back on Monday with the model #. I also was considering getting a pellet stove. I called on Monday and the lady answering the phone said she thought he was out filling propane. I waited on the phone and then she came on and said he had left. She said she would have him call me. No call back. I called again on the next day and left a message. No call back. This went on for a week and a half. I used to be in business and never lied to my customers. I would not deal with him at this point. Jim S

  Well I had called them up to look at my stove , the guy came and was very rude and said there was nothing wrong with it, well let’s just say that it still does not work and yet they still want to charge me for something they did not even fix ! When we called to make a complaint they did not want to do anything to fix the problem. Very frustrating and disappointing that they will not fix the problem
