I went into Picks Gallery already having been at another “Specialty Fireplace Store” and boy did I get an education from Picks on fireplace gas log sets! I was blown away by their knowledge and truly appreciate that they gave me the information to not even consider the log set the competitor was recommending because it was dangerously incompatible with my existing fireplace. I was very appreciative of that information and they helped me pick out exactly the right type of unit for my needs. Their installation crew was top notch and did a terrific job in not only the installation but also in showing me all the features and how to maintain and operate my new set. I am incredibly pleased and I highly recommend Picks Gallery !
