  I found Perfection fireplaces by googling the manufacturer of my unit. There were two authorized servicers for Heat n Glo gas fireplaces. This company is so fabulous! I had an appointment within 48 hours and the technician was so nice and so incredibly thorough! It cost me $289 to service my unit and make sure it was all safe and working properly. He literally took it apart and cleaned the entire thing and it is the best money I’ve ever spent. I highly recommend this company.

  I have to give an enormous shoutout to my technician, Joe, who truly went above and beyond during his visit to my home. He stepped in to take over my service call after another technician was running behind, and despite the last-minute switch, he arrived right on time with a friendly, professional attitude. From the moment he walked up to the door, Joe showed genuine respect for our home. He even removed his shoes outside without me asking, which immediately told me he cares about the little things that make a big difference. While diagnosing our fireplace issue, he kept the entire area spotless and worked with a level of care that you don’t see every day. To my surprise, the problem turned out to be a decorative rock covering a battery pack—which I had no clue even existed. Joe was completely honest and transparent about the situation. Instead of trying to upsell anything or make it more complicated than it was, he explained everything clearly, replaced what was needed, and made sure I felt comfortable with the fix. It’s rare to get this kind of service nowadays. Joe is a true professional, and it’s clear that PERFECTION SUPPLY only hires top-notch people who take pride in their work and treat customers with integrity. Because of this experience, I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with our fireplace needs. Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. THE BEST. A+++

  Our technician was professional, prompt, perfect. We had tried several vendors to correct an issue with our fireplace, and they did a fantastic job returning it to full service. Diagnosing, cleaning, testing was extremely thorough. We intend to schedule follow-on work and PM during the off-season this summer for our other systems. This team is excellent.

  We had a technician come out today to install and service two fireplaces in our new construction home. He was very knowledgeable, clean, professional, and polite.
