      This review is not for the buying process as that was seamless. Customer service for a warranty request: I submitted a warranty request online on the 3rd of November for LED lighr covers as 2 of mine just broke off, looks like the plastic became pretty brittle. I received a message back from Jami Linker on the 4th and it said that their technicians have been extremely busy and to be patient, but that someone would be reaching out to me soon, this is perfectly fine. I messaged Jami back 4 minutes after he messaged me and asked if the tech could look at all the rest of the covers while they are here because I was concerned they would all be brittle like that. 2 days later on the 6th Jami messages understood and he will pass the message along to the techs. On the 9th I messaged Jami asking if he knew where I was at in the que because it was getting to lower temps and I had cleaned the tub and drained it and I was concerned about the little water still in the pipes. Its now the 14th and I have yet to hear back from Jami nor has a tech reached out to me. Almost 2 weeks for some LED covers seems to be excessive. Im sure the techs do good work but Warranty customer service for the tub is sub standard by a far.
