  Trusted this company to build my dream pool and they delivered! Build process was great. This was a big project and they were always there to listen to my concerns during the process and executed everything perfectly! We had a couple of small issues months after the project was done and they were there in no time to fix it and honor their warranty on the project. Pictures speaks volumes about the quality of the work! We’re in love with our new pool!

  Where do I start? We don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience has been mind-blowingly bad. There is no way this review will be able to do justice to the experience we have had. Working with this company on our project has been an absolutely horrendous experience. If ZERO STARS was an option, I would have used it. We signed our contract on Memorial Day weekend (May 2025) and I sit here on November 7th still waiting for our “punch list” items to be completed correctly. We were told our project would take 6-8 weeks. It’s a smaller pergola/patio project around $25,000. It has taken PMH nearly 6 months to “finish”. In those 6 months - 2 project managers have been fired; 1 director of operations quit the company and the poor guy they eventually put on our project to get it completed has had to deal with one issue after another in terms their “crews”. Craftsmanship is lackluster. Knowledge of basic construction principles is non-existent. Our pergola had to be rebuilt 3 times throughout the process based on bad design, poor planning and terrible communication between the customer, the project manager and the construction crew. We were told we would receive a drawing, even tried to pay for one and never received it. Time after time we were told one thing and it never happened. We were told we would “customize on site” as we went and that is why no design was provided. As we “customized” on site, we ran into problem after problem as the “framers” could not execute anything outside of the showroom pergolas you see at PMH. Day after day, myself, the customer, had to be on site to babysit the crew to make sure they were not screwing something up. In the end, they still provided a product that is not worth the price. The first version was not what we asked for. The second version was sagging immensely due to poor design and craftsmanship. The third and current version, due to being rebuilt multiple times, is Swiss cheesed full of screw holes. I asked for these to be filled or the cedar to be replaced… please see the pictures for our “final” result of our Swiss cheese pergola. Absolutely atrocious experience with PMH. Highly recommend avoiding this company - save yourself the time, the stress and the money.

  We stopped by before the official store opening and decided to swing by again to see what this store may have...we weren't disappointed! John was an exceptional help with his knowledge of our door kitchens and fireplaces! Great ideas, products and customer service. Thank you for all your help!
