Called and asked to come early then scheduled which was nice for me and worked out great. Fixed my issues with my fireplace and even cleaned the glass and logs and such on top of fixing my issue. Great and friendly to have service my fireplace.

Dean was referred to me by a builder friend and he didn't disappoint! During the winter months it can be difficult to find availability for service and I was lucky enough to catch him in our area. Woohoo! My husband and I have spent plenty of time searching for someone to service our Lennox fireplace. Not easy to find someone who works on them in our area. It didn't occur to me to search further out. So I was delighted to have Perfect Flame recommended and find out that he provides a wide service area. Our fireplace is fixed and cleaned and working great again! I have a customer service background and I'm always thrilled when I meet a business owner who has that aspect mastered on top of being able to fix issues with ease. Definitely recommend Perfect Flame!
