In October, AES performed routine maintenance on my gas fireplace. Ian was the technician who did the work. He was professional and pleasant. He also recommended that I turn on Cold Climate during cold months, which keeps the pilot light on, explaining the reasons for doing so and showing me how. I was very pleased with the work that Ian did and would highly recommend him.
