My husband and I went into Pegasus on 7/5/2025 to browse hot tubs, as our old hot tub needed to be replaced. We were greeted by Dawn, one of the sales people. She was very friendly and welcoming. She showed us the different hot tubs brands they carry and gave us a full description on all. We ended up purchasing a new one! Dawn informed us that it would be 6-8 weeks before delivery. It arrived in that time frame and the delivery team were excellent. They hauled away our old tub and installed our new one all in the same day. Jacob stayed after the other 2 men left for other service calls and gave us an in depth session on what needed to be done to maintain the hot tub, detailed instructions on using the chemicals, and a thorough explanation of the various buttons on the digital board, such as temp, jet settings, etc. We would highly recommend Pegasus Spas.

The BEST! Dawn was wonderful to work with. We not only bought our Spa there but came back and bought outdoor furniture. The team that delivered the Spa and furniture were TOP NOTCH!!! Layne, Jake and Jason were amazing. Thank you Jake for teaching us everything about our new Spa and for ensuring all of our furniture was delivered in good condition. I HIGHLY recommend Pegasus for all of your outdoor needs!

Could not be more thrilled with the service received!!! Pegasus Spas & Leisure takes care of their customers!!!!!! We let them know that our brand new tub had a bad light, within two weeks it was fixed. The whole time they kept us in the loop. We discovered our choice in placement for the cover holder was less than ideal, they helped us out with a change the next day. It has opened up our view!!!! I LOVE the Sundance Ramona and enjoy every minute spent soaking!!!! Definitely a continual 5 star experience with this business!!!

This is our 2nd hot tub from Pegasus. I would never go elsewhere. They are 100 percent excellent. Our salesperson Dawn is so knowledgeable and helpful. She gets an A+++ Plus the entire staff from Rachel and Jim and Jacob could not be more wonderful. If you want a great hot tub I suggest you go to Pegasus on Main Street in Brooklyn for the best of the best!
