Pool Blue Inc provides some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, regardless of industry. The entire staff is always very responsive and knowledgeable, and the owners Karen and Tony have each personally gone above and beyond to help every single time something atypical has gone wrong with our pool, spa, and even our gas fireplace insert. They really set the standard for running a small business the way it should be run.

Payne Pools has always been very pro active with my pool needs and its water condition. All their instructions for me about treatment procedures have always been clearly written down for me to follow. Their recommendations have always been right on correct. I bought my current house with a pool already on the property. I was a complete novice with pools, never having or maintaining one. Payne gave me such good instruction on setting up and caring for the pool. Their instruction was superb. I don’t go anywhere else for chemicals and advice. One of the best perks is their free-of-charge pool water analysis. My local pool company only gives free water analysis if you buy something. Great family owned company!

I had a lot of trouble scheduling this appointment. It took them about two months to come out to my house after initially talking to them. Then when they did arrive, without prior notice, they inspected and then cut the broken parts off of my spa. Because they didn’t have a replacement part on hand, they then took the parts back to their shop after telling me they would order them and come back out. Later that evening I received an email from Michael informing me that they could no longer work on my spa and that I should contact somebody else. While they did provide contact information for another person and I didn’t get charged, I thought this was very poor customer relations and was unacceptable business practices. This all started in early March and due to the delays I am still waiting on service to be completed.

I’m a first time pool owner and everyone at Payne’s has been beyond helpful! In the few weeks I’ve had my pool I’ve gone back numerous times to get my water right (we have well water with lots of iron) and every single employee has been nothing but super nice and gone above and beyond to help. Definitely recommend them!!

I Always go to Payne pools for my pool needs every year. The staff is very knowledgeable Malissa is an amazing wealth of knowledge. She and her staff do a phenomenal job and I highly recommend Payne pools.
