I bought a Treasure Garden Patio umbrella here in August 2024. I paid almost $1,000 for the umbrella and base. It had barely a month of use and when I took it down for the season, I saw the pole was dented. I contacted Patio World because it was still under warranty and was told to send photos. Then asked to send more photos. Then I never heard back for months despite following up repeatedly by email and phone (they must close in the off season and don't check voice messages). When I finally heard back they claimed the damage was from wind, which is pretty improbable to me. I also don't know how you could possibly determine that from a photo. I used the umbrella properly and closed it during storms so this seems unlikely. In any case, after paying that amount for a brand new umbrella, having not even one easily replaceable pole covered by the warranty seems like a horrible scam to me. The customer service was also awful. I will never buy anything here again and would not advise anyone else to do so either. Edited to fact check the false claim from the business. this is my receipt, including the base it was nearly $1,000. I also have the entire email chain that shows I sent photos on October 31, 2024 and did not receive a response until I followed up on July 5, 2025. I cam happy to post that as well. And I never said I only closed it during storms! But you can see the way they treat customers here.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. After confirming that items were in stock and placing a deposit, the store called the next day to say that there had been a mistake and not all of the items were available. Edwin went above and beyond to rectify the above miscommunication. He was so apologetic, kind and professional. Most importantly- he helped me to get a full set of Polywood chairs at a great price and loaded them carefully for me. Will absolutely be shopping here again and will be sending anyone looking for an extensive selection and knowledgeable, thoughtful staff.

Friendly service and willing to go above and beyond. Huge selection. I am pleased with the professional, friendly services from the two men who delivered and assembled my patio furniture. In the window of two hours, from 12-2, they arrived at 1. They are experienced and finished in 30 minutes, assembling a dining table, six chairs and umbrella and stand showed me how to tilt the umbrella, left with a smile and good wishes to enjoy using it. I have been waiting since June for expensive lounge chair replacement cushions. My family of three households has bought patio and poolside furniture from this store for years. What happened to the polite salespeople who were also knowledgeable. I paid in full for these cushions which were to be ready in three to six months because of problems with the fabric. It is going on seven months. If I happen to get ahold of someone in the store, he/she promises to check on it and call me back. No one ever calls back. Edwin is supposed to know what’s going on but is never there. Last week manager named Perry couldn’t believe that no one calls me back. He promised to check on things and then never called me back. Now it looks like the store is not even open according to website. Don’t buy from this store. I want my money back, over $1,000. Had no cushions for the entire Spring and Fall.
