  When my gas fireplace stopped working, I wasn't sure what to do. Called my handyman Adam, who said to call Pagosa Peak Fireplaces. Had to wait a few weeks to get on calendar but it was worth it. Darby came out Christmas Eve morning. He was very prompt, neat and thorough. He pinpointed the problem and drove back to the office to get a part. He explained things clearly and tested out everything. He is also dog-friendly and didn't mind my little one observing things. And the price was surprisingly affordable and fair! Will definitely recommend him to others. You may need to wait a week or two but that's ok for quality service. Thank you!!

  We are thrilled with the finished project! JD and his team worked on our custom gas fireplace while we were out of town and communicated along the way on the progress. The stone, mantle and hearth look fabulous. They left the space as clean as when they started. Thank you for the excellent work and fair price.

  We purchased a Lopi brand stove from Pagosa Peak Custom Fireplace in March 2021. The install was very professional, neatly done, timely, no surprises. Unfortunately the stove itself never worked properly, it would not stay lit, the pilot would randomly switch off and extinguish the flame. However, J. D. and his staff were completely engaged with us to rectify the problems. The sent their technician out at least a dozen times over the past 10 months trying to find a fix to the problem. Scheduling was a bit of a challenge because we have not yet moved into the home full-time, but they would fit us into their schedule whenever we were in town. Finally in January of this year they brought factory reps into our home to watch the stove in operation and try to find a solution. And whatever the factory reps advised to Pagosa Peak, it worked. The stove has worked just as we expected when we originally purchased it almost a year ago. We are very satisfied with Pagosa Peak. They obviously stick by their product. Their staff were all friendly, kind and responsive. We do not hesitate to recommend them.

  Pagosa Peak Custom Fireplaces is a great company to work with. Everyone is so nice, and they have excellent customer service. They helped us nurse an old stove for as long as we could, and then installed a new one with a short lead time. Highly recommend!
