They installed a new furnace which only worked 3 times. I had my oil company change the thermostat to find out a part on the furnace had failed. I was charged $600 dollars for the repair. I sent the company an email explaining the situation in detail, but got no reply. So I called John asking for a partial refund and he refused he kept saying there was nothing he could do. And he asked why I didn't buy a contract. I told him I wasn't given the opportunity, I was refused one because I received HEAP. It was okay for him to take my money, but when I asked to be compensated he out right refused. All he did was take my money and run, and not look back. I would not recommend this company to any of my family, friends or neighbors.

Horrible just horrible service. Will come do work and never come back. I had a boiler taken apart four days ago and keep calling and told I'm going to get a phone back back and it doesn't happen. Still waiting for my boiler back with no heat and hot water smh Very unprofessional tattics.
