Placed a $3000 order on 9/23/24. Today is 11/11/24. It still hasn't shipped. I have left 6 voicemails and sent several emails that have all gone unanswered. I would like to cancel my order and get a refund but their phone goes to voicemail everytime I call. At this point I am thinking they must have gone out of business. I have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

We have 5 of their permanent mount cone tiki torches in our yard. One sprung a leak from a shutoff valve. We reached out 5 times by email and phone. Zero response from this company. Unclear if they are still in business or if they are, care to provide any support to customers. In either case, steer clear.

I bought a gas fire pit and 2 fire bowls. I had a couple of issues but they stepped up and got me everything I needed super fast and walked me through everything. They gave me really good ideas. I highly recommend them for their customer service.
