Hands down ON FIRE is the best !!!!! I had problems with my existing remote to turn on my fireplace. Linda walked me through how to take the fireplace apart to check if it was the remote or the actual boxed which the remote operates from. I bought the new box as it was needed. Ran into problems connecting it and the gentleman inside came to my home to help me. He was a professional as it gets. Now my house is nice and toasty. Thumbs up👍👍👍

Where do I begin?!? Harrison Finch and Scott Poulsen!!! Excellent Customer Service and a spectacular Kosy Heat Insert fireplace! Harrison and Scott educated me every step of the way to converting my wood burning fireplace to gas. I'm a widow and no one talked down to me or oversold me. On Fire is a fantastic company! Thanks SO much!
