  As the Christmas season approached, we began exploring options to upgrade our fireplace mantel and visited Omega Mantels about three months before the holidays. We were warmly welcomed by Vito Trichilo, who immediately made the process feel approachable and stress-free. He took the time to answer our questions thoroughly and clearly explained what would be involved in replacing our existing fireplace unit and mantel. After doing our research and finalizing the style we envisioned, we returned to Omega Mantels to meet with Vito again. His depth of knowledge, thoughtful recommendations, and attention to detail helped us select a design that perfectly compliments our home. Throughout the process, he was professional, genuine, and never once pushy, rather focused entirely on helping us achieve the right result. When we confirmed our order, we shared how special it would be to have the mantel installed before Christmas, while fully understanding the timing might be tight. Vito went the extra mile, coordinating behind the scenes and ultimately delivering the welcome news that installation could be completed in time for the holidays. The installation team, Rob and Brandon, were great. They were courteous, respectful of our home, and meticulous in their work. The mantel was installed flawlessly and exceeded our expectations. It has quickly become a beautiful focal point in our home during the holiday season and beyond. We wholeheartedly recommend Omega Mantels, and especially Vito, for their craftsmanship, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. P.S. Even if the mantel had not arrived in time for Christmas, we would still be writing a glowing review. From sales through installation, the service and care were truly outstanding.

  I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to pick out, order, and install our new cultured stone mantel. Gino set up a zoom meeting to review what I was looking for and get dimensions, sent me samples and an estimate, then we had a few more meetings to finalize details. Once the mantel was delivered, we were able to do all the installation ourselves. I've included our before and after photos. I'm thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend Omega.

  From the first phone call with Vito, we just loved his Amazing personality !!! 😊 We could see that he was so passionate, committed and knowledgeable. We ABSOLUTELY LOVE our new custom hood fan and new fireplace, they are absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!! We had a 24 year old slate hood fan which was very dated since we were upgrading our kitchen. Vito took such time and effort to figure out what worked best for us and knew that with his many years of experience, we knew we were such good hands. We were under a time line with our daughter’s wedding and Vito did everything and more in getting our hood fan and fireplace installed before the wedding. He made it happen for us and we are forever grateful to Vito in making it all come together for us before the Big Day !!! Thank you so much Vito !! The incredible collaborative team work with everyone at Omega is what made our vision come to life, thank you Vito and Ian. We are so thankful to the installers, who brought their many years of experience and expertise and are truly committed in providing best quality of workmanship. They addressed all our questions and concerns, and were so Amazing at thinking thru the adjustments that had to be made at the time of install. We are so impressed with the caliber of their customer service at Omega Mantel, they went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. This level of customer service is not something we see now a days and could not be happier with the end result of our hood fan and new fireplace, such gorgeous focal points that have taken our kitchen and bedroom to the next level. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Vito and his team. Thank you so much for all the hard work and making it all come together so beautifully !! Meeting you all was the best part of our renovation, you guys were AMAZING !!! We highly recommend Vito and everyone at Omega Mantels !!
