  These guys are the best, literally the best. From Charlie, to Jeff, to Allen, to Trevor. I will echo what everyone else has said, they are as professional as they come. They assessed my unique situation, patiently educated me on what they learned about my home, walked me through their logic of the recommendation (I have a curved firebox that required custom fitting), built out a schedule and delivered perfectly against it. Have already recommended them to friends and am posting as I feel like I should recommend them to strangers!

  Sure wish I would have installed gas fire places years ago! Okell’s Fireplace was tremendous to work with. Not one glitch along the way. Great communication. Stayed true to schedule and friendly on top of it. We hang out in the rooms with the fireplaces so much more and use our gas house heater less as we don’t need to heat the whole house often.

  A first class company selling first class product and with first class customer service. A BEAUTIFUL room transformation from my 1950's old red brick corner fireplace (see hideous "before" pic). Everyone comments on it when they enter our home. Thank you Okell's! UPDATE 2023: I had my contractor add a mantel -- could not love it more.

  I didn't know what I wanted when I arrived and my ignorance was definitely anticipated. They were entirely professional, despite my best efforts. I left, perhaps not more knowledgeable about fireplaces and all that goes on there. But rather, and more importantly, absolutely comforted that I didn't need to know. Trevor and the rest of the team put me at ease with how much they knew and how passionate they were about getting me the best fireplace for my needs. The fireplace I ordered had a nice name and some letters and numbers I think, but that won't matter, because it will work. And if it doesn't for some reason they assure me they will take care of it. Positive experience all around.

  We needed to upgrade our old brick fireplace to an attractive gas burning fireplace. We were referred to Okell's and are so happy we were. In addition to helping us with the gas log, they took care of the new mantel and wood surround. Kevin came to our home and immediately knew what style and size of surround and mantel to recommend. Robert built the wood surround and mantel and installed it. He is a true craftsman. Gabriel removed some of the old brick, cleaned the chimney and made needed repairs, and finally installed the gas log. Every step was handled professionally, from the sales people (Chris and Trevor) to the scheduler, and of course, all of the installers. We couldn't be happier.
