  Excellent service! I would give ten stars if I could. My smart Carrier thermastat presented and error code 41-blower motor malfunction. OHA was able to schedule a same day appt. Service was prompt and informative. Godfred also showed me how to remove and change my filters and gave maintenance recommendations on my whole house humidifier. Based on his recommendations I purchased and upgraded model to replace my current humidifier. Their prices are EXTREMELY competitive, compared to the othe two companies I reached out to. As an Army Veteran, I try to support Veteran owned businesses 💜 they ALWAYS set high standards when it comes to customer service, integrity, discounted prices for vets and great parts and services. OHA did not disappoint! Godfred was AMAZING. I would highly recommend this company! They do way more that HVAC services. Check them out!!! I personally WILL use them again for other service as well.   OHA HVAC is a great company. They were quick to get me scheduled. My technican Brice was great. He was on time, and took the time to exsplain everything he did and what was needed to fix my fireplace. It took them less then a week to get the parts in and schedule a return visit. I would highly recommend this company and Brice as a techician.

  5+++++ Stars for the outstanding services received and provided by OHA the organization and your excellent representatives/crew, Brian Hatfield, Johnnie Tyler, Lorenzo T and Ashton C. This review is belated as our American Standard heat pump was installed earlier in the month. Yet our appreciation is ever present for the timely, skilled and professional replacement and removal of our old unit. We had reviewed up to eight (8) bids and decided on OHA for the following reasons: Brian H, as the representative of OHA met with and provided us the project proposal. Brian was always responsive, thorough and prompt to ensure that we had the necessary information to arrive at our decision to go with OHA! Thank you again, Brian - your expertise and professionalism are greatly appreciated. The website is very user friendly, informative and easy to navigate.Brian’s proposal was detailed, clearly stated and included the necessary information, related to pricing levels and heat pump options to consider. The deposit terms are fair with full payment due upon completion of the stated order. Installation Day: The team, led by Johnnie Tyler included Lorenzo and Ashton, arrived early as confirmed and proceeded to work tirelessly on the removal of our old and installation of the new unit. They were efficient, skilled and well coordinated throughout the process, tidied up as they went along and completed the installation by the late afternoon.
