  Believe it or not, we had been looking for a good company in the valley to take a look at our fireplace. I was on the way into work last week and looked to my right and saw this van with Oasis Fireplace & Service. I immediately took a picture since we were in bumper to bumper traffic and went to their website and looked up reviews when I got to work. I called them about an hour later to setup a service call and it was setup for 12/22/25. Fast forward to service day. I received notifications and text messages to ensure today was still ok for service. I confirmed the appointment and Shane was the technician. Shane was awesome! He knew what he was doing, talked to me and understanding how things are setup. We told him we were worried about CO2 getting in the house since the fireplace had never been looked at in rheb10 years we have owned the house. He cleaned up the 10 years of dust, cleaned the glass, and also put some embers that made it truly look like a normal wood fireplace. I have to say best service to make you feel good and know that using the fireplace is safe! Shane and team, thank you and Happy Holidays!!!

  Shane was fabulous and a Magician! He diagnosed the problem quickly and then the magic started. Needed a new on-off switch, however, the switch was blocked by our 75” TV. Shane changed out the old switch and replaced it with a new one without looking. He had to work by touch. It was magic. He also cleaned the unit and it looks like new. I would highly recommend Oasis. The cost was fair and the work completed quickly.

  Oasis has been great to work with. Their showroom, prices, customer service, and installation processes have all been impressive. Everyone we dealt with has been responsive and professional, and they support the Military Veteran community. Big shoutout to the installers! They were on time, courteous, and professional. They put in extra effort to be clean inside our home, too (boot covers, floor coverings, vacuums, etc.). Thank you!
