  I contacted NW Natural Appliance Center to determine if I could convert my manual gas fireplace to a remote control. The sales representative, Matthew Lansdon, confirmed that it was possible, and, we agreed on the Real Fyre Designer gas log set that would accommodate the electronics and still fill the space proportionally for an authentic look, not too crowded or too small. For installation, Matthew recommended Ray Holmes at Holmes Install Services. Ray Holmes arrived yesterday and did a beautiful installation - see photos. And just in time for the holidays! I am 100% satisfied with the excellent service provided by both NW Natural Appliance Center and Holmes Install Services.

  We went to NW Natural Appliance Center to scope out a gas stove to replace a wood stove in our family room. Thier selection is good across various brands and price points. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We left with a couple models mind, then looked at one more dealer, who was a tad cheaper. NW Natural was able to price match. Luckily, our stove was in stock. We scheduled the installation contractor and we were sitting in front of our Kozy Heat stove within a couple of weeks of our initial visit to the NW Natural showroom.

  We were having a tough time finding a place that would handle all the coordination in getting a gas fireplace installed. NW Natural Appliance Center took point and put me in touch with their contractor who took care of everything from the gas lines, to chimney cleaning, to electrical work, to the gas fireplace installation itself. Top notch service and execution.
