Nick came and diagnosed the issue with my fireplace, got it working, and cleaned and rearranged it so that it looks like a million bucks! Really appreciate the time and care he put into it to cleaning it up. On time and reasonable pricing. Will use them again for any issues. So happy to be able to enjoy my fireplace again!

Our gas fireplace would not ignite this season. Jason, from Novak, came out and cleaned and replaced the pilot assembly last week. He did an excellent job for a reasonable price. It looks beautiful! Thank you Novak and Jason.

I think Rick is very knowledgeable and honest. We called Novak's because the pilot light kept going out. After maintenance, and a good cleaning, it's working properly again. He even cleaned the glass. He was friendly and professional was is his wife who scheduled our service call. I highly recommend.
