I upgraded my skis at the end of last season, but had a feeling my old boots were shot. I stopped into Northern Lights Bike & Ski on Christmas Eve just planning to look around, and was delighted to find the same person who helped me with my skis last year. Michelle asked lots of thoughtful questions before having me try on several pairs of boots, and took her time to be sure the fit was truly right. She is incredibly knowledgeable and explained so clearly how a good boot should feel; I learned a ton in the process. I didn’t even realize until I was leaving that she had stayed open late just to help me. Exceptional service, genuine care, and great expertise — I’ll definitely be back when I need gear in the future!

This place is awesome. I forgot my swimsuit at home, and came here on a prayer. While they didn't have any on the floor, Michelle went out of her way to go into the summer stock and find me a pair. You saved the weekend! Thanks Michelle!
