I've always received excellent customer service from this company! I've had positive experiences both in the store, and also over the phone. I've called on a couple of occasions, once for referral for a company to do a flue service, and the other time for a question regarding operating my stove. Both times they provided friendly and thorough answers, and never made me feel like my questions were an imposition or they were trying to get me off the phone. Top notch customer service!

I recently purchased a Supreme Vision at a great price from NortHeat, and they were extremely helpful! They even stored the stove for me at the shop for a couple of weeks until I could get home to receive it. Very easy to work with and communicative. Couldn’t recommend them more.

I’d give them a no star if possible. My wife and I visited the store this week to purchase a blue enameled unit she wanted for our cabin, about $4500 plus new chimney pipe. I must state up front that we had just landed after a lengthy stay in the bush and returned to but supplies and the aforementioned wood burner. We didn’t look our best. We entered the store and the employee was helping a masked couple, we don’t participate in the liberal assault on America and do not wear masks. I also don’t wear a static dissipater hat in case I get struck by lightning. The employee never made eye contact or acknowledged our presence at any time. I’ve owned many businesses and understand the importance of customer service, all he had to do is greet us and state that he will be with us when he is done with his customer. After about 20 minutes of being ignored I decided that this business wasn’t going to get a sale from me. Finally the employee looked up at my wife and asked “do you (and I’m thinking ‘have any questions’ was appropriate) have a mask” in a very rude and confrontational tone of voice. We left and spent over 6,000 at their competitors store. The guy was a jerk.

We purchased our Hearthstone woodstove from Northeat years ago, and still fondly recall how patient and helpful they were with helping us learn what size stove was appropriate for our house and which features we liked best. The employees were informed and helpful and we never felt we were being pressured into a sale. I appreciated every step from selecting, purchasing and arranging installation and final delivery. All went well. I also appreciate the fact they comply with governing rules and regulations regarding everything from safe stove and chimney installations to basic pandemic precautions. 🙂
