I was told my fireplace would be installed before Christmas. As we got closer to the day of install I don’t receive any confirmation that they were still coming and I had to call and ask about it. They said they were just waiting for it to arrive still. It would have been nice to get a phone call letting me know it wouldn’t be installed on time. Install day comes and they show up on time, worked quickly but paid attention to detail, respected my home, and did an AMAZING job. I have 2 wood stoves in my house and wanted to install a new one in my living room, move the one I currently had in the living room to my basement and move the one that was in my basement to my garage for storage. Both installs were done in a couple hours and I had a fire burning that night!

Great people, great service. They answered all our questions and really put our minds at ease. We scheduled a date and time for inspection and The owner showed up as scheduled. Ordered our new stove and have already received an install date and time. No other wood stove vendor visited provided such service.

Purchased my wood insert stoves from Northeastern F&P and have trusted them for years to keep my chimneys clean and stoves in tip top shape. George and Dan arrived on time, were super friendly, were careful to avoid ash getting in the house and made short work of cleaning the stoves and inspecting the chimneys. One of the stoves they sold me has had recurring problem with the bypass damper (NEO large box wood burning stove). They fixed it again, and went the extra step to find out if this is a design flaw, or since it's on warranty , how it can be properly fixed, which I appreciated
