  We were fortunate enough to have Brian clean and repair our gas fireplace. He was extremely efficient, polite and has a great work ethic. He told us we could call at any time with questions. It isn't often you find a business with excellent customer service. We strongly recommend using Northco Design for any of your needs.

  I highly recommend Northco Design. They were very professional yet friendly, and did a great job servicing our fireplace. Not only did they complete the job we expected, but also provided many great tips and insights for taking care of our fireplace. I have had some mixed results with previous companies, and I will only use Northco design from here on out!

  Northco Design are the guys you want to fix or maintain your fireplace. I've given them a 5 star review for a number of reasons. 1. They were booked out almost 1 month. I wasn't happy about this, but I wrote the date down and waited the time. 2. When the date came, they were prompt, giving me a call at work so I could leave and meet them at the location. 3. Brian and Joel are top notch guys. 4. They not only brought in tools, but removed shoes at the door, placed a drop cloth on my carpet and kept everything neat and clean. 5. The entire process of having my fireplace cleaned was full of education. 6. These guys are very professional and allowed me to learn more about my fireplace and how to service it in the future. 7. The fees for working on my fireplace was very reasonable. I felt like the money I spent was well worth it. I would highly recommend Brian and Joel with Northco Design to anyone. You will be happy that you waited for experts to fix your fireplace.
