  From the people at the shop to the installers, everyone here has been a total pleasure to work with. I live over 40 miles from their store location and they still came out to install my news logs: “you drove out to see us so we will make the trip out to see you.” It’s that kind of attitude that helps make a successful business, if you ask me. I absolutely love my new fireplace set up and Chris and Jose did a great job on the instillation; they arrived right on time despite the distance, worked quickly and were both knowledgeable and friendly. I am extremely satisfied with this entire experience and would highly recommend these guys to anyone in the hunt for fireplace services and products.

  North Texas Chimney & Hearth came out an installed our new gas two sided fireplace. I can't tell you enough how impressed I was with the whole process. We went to their showroom and Kyle was knowledgeable and helpful picking out our new unit. First time install was scheduled framing wasn't done yet but they were able to reschedule us a week later. Had the gas unit in with piping up into the attic in about 3 1/2 hours. Stephen and Chris did install and were efficient, friendly, and cleaned up afterwards with all the attic instillation that fell. They are coming back for start up once our contractor is done with construction, but this homeowner would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to upgrade their fireplace! *****Update 6/22/21***** Kyle, Stephen, and Chris came out today for the start up. They were knowledgeable explaining everything to me and had everything lit up and burning in under 2 hours. I'm extremely pleased with final result and will definitely use NTX Chimney for my service and maintenance.

  Building my new home North Texas Chimney was great in providing me with exactly the double side wood burning fireplace i wanted. All service was grand and with the final installation bits done by Chris and Jose made the job complete with now I only need to finish the house (as my own contractor). But it's coming along.

  The company did a really good job on installing my fireplace. They are excellent at communication which is usually a pet peeve for me Their technician Kyle showed up on time and well prepared, however the reason for 4 vs 5 star is that the system was not tested after the installation. When firing up, one of the blowers didn't work. This could have been tested with a heat gun after the installation. Did company did a good job on the follow up and made sure everything was fixed and tested the second time around. I would recommend and use this company again.
