I'd give 10 stars if I could. This team is elite. Professional and talk about customer service oriented. Everyone I've interacted with has been positive. All my questions answered and they pay attention to details. So excited for our new hot tub we just ordered. Highly recommend Nicks Fireplace, BBQ, and Hot Tub store. My wife and I purchased a Bullfrog hot tub with the jet packs. Braxton was super helpful and very knowledgeable and able to steer us in the right direction. He was in constant contact with us along the way giving us updates on the delivery status of our new tub and they even hauled away our old and leaky jacuzzi to the dump for us for FREE! Braxton even followed up a few months later asking how we liked the tub and seeing if there was anything else we needed. The customer service we received was top notch and couldn’t be happier with our hot tub purchases. Highly recommend getting help from Braxton he will be able to help you with any hot tub or fireplace questions you have.

The customer service skills of the staff rates a five star review on its own merit. I have dealt with five different staff members and am greatly impressed with their attitudes, product knowledge, communication skills, and their willingness to take time and effort to ensure a happy consumer. This is a great local business that is most deserving of community support.

Over the last several years I’ve called these guys multiple times. Most of the calls go unanswered and not returned. I’ve recently spoke with them about my project and coordinating for install, they assured me their install team would call back. That was over a week ago and I’ve called a few times between that and left follow up voicemails. I have better things to do than beg for your services. Not sure why so many businesses like this survive with such poor service.
