We met Dennis and his wife at the homestead expo in Marshfield, Mo. We have a custom fireplace that my dad built almost 50 years ago, which was in need of updating. I damaged two of the doors during installation and was worried about the cost to replace them, knowing I didn't have any choice of going somewhere else. I felt that they were more than fair and even arranged to meet up with me in Springfield so I wouldn't have to drive all the way to Joplin. I would absolutely recommend them and their products.

It isn't every day that a company impresses me but a few years ago I bought fireplace from New-Aire Fireplaces. I called just now to ask about a part and before I could say anything the the owner asked how the fireplace was working and suggested that I get some new door rope, which was exactly what I was calling about. He knew my name, location, the type of fireplace I bought, and even the back story without be saying anything. Wow! Good job guys.
