The agency responded right away to the call even it was holiday. They checked the problem and advised to replace the furnace because the roll out is very dangerous. That was they found out. They replaced the furnace according to the date scheduled and they came at 8:00 am and finished the job at about 3:00 pm. The thermostat was also replaced with a new one and taught us, the homeowner, how to operate. They answered all the questions we asked them. We are satisfied with the work of Christian and Caleb. Thank you Nevada Heating for your help. Now we can sleep well comfortably. If my friend will experience the same problem, you are number 1 in the list.

Cody Cotton was great. He spent the time with me showing me pictures and thoroughly explaining everything. A few days later I did have the whole furnace replaced and Jeff and Vince did a fantastic job. Very professional, reliable and cleaned up wonderfully. I love my new furnace!

Joe was wonderful and did my furnace service. Evan did my water heater service and was also wonderful. Both were kind, respectful, honest and explained everything to me.
