Several years ago we bought a pellet stove from Nelson Fireplace. They were a pleasure to deal with so we have continued to call them to do full cleaning and check of our stove every Fall. The crew that comes out is friendly and they do an incredible job. Everything is spotless when they leave. They provide fantastic service and we highly recommend them.

Extremely unprofessional. They quoted one price then upped it after the job was done. And instead of working with you, they’ll yell at you. Definitely don’t recommend.
