It's surprising how difficult it is to buy a fireplace grate without ordering it online. I want to see it - they're too heavy to be returning grates misrepresented by online ads. Natick Fireplace was a pleasant find - they had what I wanted at a fair price. One stop shopping! The guys were very friendly and helpful, and the selection of grills, smokers and fire pit equipment is impressive.

I ordered two custom-made fireplace doors from Natick Fireplace, and while the doors themselves were very well made and the material was excellent, the service experience was really disappointing. I initially requested a 3-inch smoke guard and later changed it to 4 inches, paying extra for that adjustment. Unfortunately, they didn’t make the doors with the 4-inch guard as agreed. When I pointed out the mistake, they tried to convince me that I was wrong and that they had done everything correctly. They even showed me a drawing they sent only after my complaint, which still showed the original 3 inches. I also paid for them to measure and install the doors, but they didn’t put any seal at the bottom, so ash and embers can escape. When I complained about that, they just sold me some cement to fix it myself. In the end, it felt like they didn’t want to take responsibility for their errors and assumed that as homeowners we wouldn’t notice. I left on good terms but very disappointed with their lack of accountability and unwillingness to finish the job properly.

If in need of a fireplace.. this is the place to go! I worked with Craig and he was very helpful and took time to go over every detail. The fireplace looks great and cant wait to use it in the upcoming months.

I recommend Natick Fireplace with the highest level of confidence. They are simply exceptional. I have used numerous fireplace businesses as I have moved across the US but Natick Fireplace gets my top vote, in every way. I had a gas fireplace that was not working and I received dire predictions (and no help) from all other area stores. Natick got to the bottom of my problem… quickly, I might add, and my fireplace is now working as if it were new. (It is 23 years old). I stopped by to thank them personally, since their commitment to customer service was so extraordinary.
