My spouse and I shopped around to multiple different places. We had a warm welcome and great experience with Nick, he was not pushy at all, rather informative and helpful. We not only received the lowest pricing for purchase but also installs were included and both gentleman were on time and very helpful to answer questions as well.

We purchased an electric fireplace insert from Nashville Fireplace last year. We're not as pleased as we thought we'd be. We shopped today to replace it with a gas insert. We're looking at the insert in the added picture. It produces lots of warmth while the electric brand doesn't. The salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Nashville Fireplace.

Just got our fireplace installed! Nick was great to work with and with the cold weather we wanted it done immediately. He walked step by step on the install. Amazing customer service!

Spent $10k on a gas stove through Nashville fireplace. Took a very long time to come in which is not their issue. Once they were in my home, the install work was very poor quality.

Here is my experience so take it for what it's worth. On Saturday 3-8-25, I went to Nashville Fireplace and other places researching and gathering quotes for a new grill. I met Nick Bradley within minutes of entering the store. Nick was very professional and showed me a variety of grills and explained in detail some of the differences. Nick gave me a TrueFlame catalog which was the grill I was most interested in and his business card. Great Experience. I came back to the store on Saturday morning 3-15-25 at about 9:45am to purchase the TrueFlame 40" grill Nick showed me. I entered the store and saw two ladies in front of the counter and a man in a blue shirt behind the counter and appeared to be on the PC. All three people looked at me but said nothing. I proceeded to look around at the grills waiting to see if a salesperson would approach. After a few minutes I walked back around to the front door area and again saw the 3 people look at me and the gentleman behind the counter stood up and said something to the ladies, then sat back down. I continued to look around for a couple minutes before I took Nicks business card out and held it in my hand and approached the right side of the counter past the Big Green Egg grills. I stood there in awkward silence for a minute or two before I decided to just leave and go order the unit online. I was in the store for about 10 minutes and not one person said one word to me, Not Even a, "I'll be with you in a minute"... Nothing said I left. I went home ordered the grill online $491.00 cheaper not to mention the $500.00 approximate delivery and setup/startup fee Nick mentioned. With those savings I added the Griddle and the Sear Burner and was within $10.00 of the posted grill price at Nashville Fireplace. I look at it as a Karma Bonus that finally went in MY favor. The grill cart arrived Tuesday the 18th (3 days later) which I assembled in about 1.5 hours and now I am just waiting on the grill to arrive, which is scheduled to be delivered on Thursday the 20th. I would give 5 stars for Nick and his professionalism but one star is deserved for ignoring a potential customer, especially one that came into the store with the sole purpose of spending more than $4200.00 for the grill alone with no accessories. This is just my experience!
