  Good product (only time will tell how long it lasts), but even better customer service. I recently purchased a blower for my Heat & Glo fireplace. The installation instructions were fairly straightforward; however, we initially couldn’t get it to work. That changed when I called the company and spoke with a gentleman who went above and beyond to help. He not only walked me through the troubleshooting process, but also stayed on the line with me across two separate days until the issue was resolved. With his guidance, we were able to get the blower working properly, and it’s now running smoothly and warming the space wonderfully. Many thanks to the team at Fireplace Blower LLC for their outstanding customer service.

  This is actually my second review; my first one was significantly less positive. As it turns out, that review should’ve been attributed to the installer, not the blower. My son, who was visiting from out of state, was able to make some minor adjustments to the blower and also install the remote with some help from technical support, which the installer was completely unable to figure out, within about 45 minutes. On low, the blower is almost silent and puts out a reasonable amount of heat. It doesn’t put out as much heat as my previous fireplace that came with a blower but I wouldn’t expect that it would. I am very happy with this product and now use my fireplace fairly regularly.

  I used chatGPT to help me diagnose my Lopi wood place fire insert and MY FIREPLACE BLOWER was a recommended supplier for our rheostat. Their website had a phone number which I called to ask about how quick their shipping is. It was fantastic to talk to an actual person and a direct number! It was around 5pm and he said “if you order now, we will ensure it’s in the mail tonight and it’s two day shipping.” It was fantastic customer service and DID arrive in 2 days. Packed very well with the a “Fragile” sticker. Great to see they protect their equipment when shipping to ensure nothing is broken when it arrives (even though it was only a $20 part). I am so happy I went with this vendor and they were about 20 dollars cheaper than my local fireplace retailer. 5 stars around the board: shipping, customers service, price, and availability!

  Great addition to my gas fireplace. The price was very affordable. They shipped very quickly and installation went very smoothly! It does take much to install it. I wish I would have known about this part before. A friend asked if I had a blower and I did not have a clue, so he researched and installed it for me. Thank you so much!

  Ordered a fan unit for our Lennox gas fireplace. Their website was very easy to navigate, and their customer service was quick to respond to email questions. I found their prices were very reasonable. The product shipped quickly, but was delayed due to USPS. Fan was eventually delivered, without any damage during the shipping process. Instructions were simple and the fan installed seamlessly. Thus far, it works exceptionally well, efficiently moving warm air throughout our living room. At this point, I’m 100% satisfied with the unit! Highly recommend.
