Mountain Hearth and Patio is a great company. It is a pleasure to deal with such a well ran group of people, many of them being veterans!! I had our two fireplaces serviced yesterday by them. We will never use another company for our fireplace needs. We were lucky enough to have Cameron and Mike do our home. You couldn't find two nicer and knowledgeable guys to work on your fireplace. Our fireplaces look great for the holidays and I owe it all to them. We are planning on doing a new fireplace next year and we will be using them. Happy Holiday Mountain Hearth and Patio!!

Great experience! We bought a house that had a new, high end, gas fireplace installed before we moved in. Everything was working great until this past week when an odorless smoke filled the house while the fireplace was on. We immediately called to set up an inspection to help us determine what the issue was. The technicians arrived on time. They performed a level 3 inspection and helped us pinpoint the issue. They explained their assessment thoroughly and assured us the unit is safe to use going forward. We appreciate the excellent response and service!

My husband and I are new to Evergreen and purchased an older home that needed a fireplace upgrade. After getting a few quotes, we knew Mountain Hearth and Patio was the right choice and we couldn’t be any happier. Brian walked us through the steps to choose the perfect wood burning fireplace and we hit the jackpot with Jeremy through the actual install. He’s so meticulous , detailed, and thorough. He answered any questions we had through the way and the team was so efficient, professional and friendly. It was such an easy process knowing everything was being done correctly. We had some incredible work done by Mountain hearth and patio for our living room gas fireplace. We had a great experience with all of the workers and great communication all around. All is all we were extremely happy with the fireplace and work that was provided by the whole team! Just 2 months after the work was done, our fireplace stopped working and it has no power connecting to the fireplace. We called Mountain Hearth and patio, to schedule an appointment to have them come out and diagnose and help us fix it, so we can get it back up and working, unfortunately, we were not available to come out for 8 days and we thought since we were an active and current customer, we would be able to have them come out sooner.
