Awesome Customer Service! After our power went out in Leavenworth during the December storm, I managed to break our wood stoves bypass. Monroe Fireplace found the parts I needed and held them for me. Then sections of Hwy. 2 washed away on both sides of Steven’s Pass. After another phone call they agreed to ship me the stove parts! Saving me a 5.5 hour drive over 2 mountain passes twice! My hero’s! Keep up the good work.

Purchased a Memphis ITC 3 smoker Started having problems and issues from the beginning , 6k smoker Called numerous times and no call back Finally got through and find out that no! One in the whole store even the service person knows anything about Memphis grills! They directed me to a call center that told me that parts are out of stock (AZ) call center and no firm date was given for delivery Also no promises of this replacement parts is going to fix the issues Be without a smoker for 3 plus weeks, during the summer. This product is not supported or DO NOT BUY ONE! Run ! Monroe fire place does not stand behind what they sell and they will drop you like a hot rock after the sale, what happened to customer service and support?

Recently purchased a Blaze King Sirroco wood stove. My experience with Guy and Damon were outstanding. Both of them were helpful with ordering the right pipes and explaining the installation. I could not be happier in the stove chosen based on Guy's advice and guidance.

Monroe Fireplace did an amazing job completely replacing our wood burning firebox, with a new gas firebox, including doing all the electrical, adding a gas line, and redoing the tile facade of the fireplace. We couldn't be happier with the result - they did amazing work. 6 month update: Monroe did an excellent job with warranty calibrations, and even comp'ed our first annual cleaning - I couldn't be happier with Monroe's service and professionalism. I would highly recommend them.
