  James the technician, was courteous and professional, provided a quote 30% less than the lowest estimate we had received, and returned one hour later to custom fit our panels for our fireplace. Having them come back to fix our gas fireplace later this month. Highly recommend Miller's for any project.

  We scheduled for an estimate weeks in advance. When the appointment was close I realized we never got a confirmation that they were still coming so I emailed them around 11pm the night before to double check. They responded with a made up story that the techs mom was hurt and he couldn't make it. (I say made up because when they rescheduled us we got an automatic confirmation text 24hours before the newly scheduled time. I'm confident the first time they never had us on the books and acted like it was a personal emergency when they realized only after I reached out.Otherwise we would have gotten that auto confirmation the first time). Anyway, they finally come out, the techs were very nice and professional. We got out estimate the next day. It was 11k which included 3k for service and close to 8k just for materials. I price checked their materials list and found I could get all of it for closer to 3k. I responded letting them know and asking if they had any flexibility on the material cost (I was fine paying labor). They responded ignoring that detail and just resent me the same estimate back. Very annoying. The back office is unprofessional and the company upcharges way too much. I got another quote from a different company for the same job at 7k total (4k for materials). I'm going with them. Miller's has a 2 star yelp rating, for issues with punctuality and the back offices customer service. I should have trusted that.

  James, Gina, and the team worked diligently to replace my fireplace and chimney in 5 days. They were personable, professional and patient towards me throughout the project. They communicated fully and consistently with me so I always knew what to expect as the project progressed. They were considerate of my property and that of my neighbors-the work site was left clean each day. I was fully satisfied with the Miller team and have received compliments on their work. I highly recommend Miller's for any fireplace needs, they are honest professionals who will tell you straight, provide high quality work, at a fair price.

  Highly professional installation team. They worked diligently, were polite and friendly, and the quality of work was top notch. Exceptional customer service from the office and patient with my many questions. Also very competitive pricing, especially with the quality of work and care they gave to my project including relining 2 chimney flues, replacing 2 chimney crowns, capping and sealing an old chimney, and installing a wood stove insert and a pellet stove.
