Worked me into their schedule to get work done before the New a year!!!!! This job was long overdue b/c of me….. and they still worked to get the job done of replacing my needed pan on my chimney. Patient, and considerate of my needs for replacement of the pan and my situation. Took time to answer my questions via multiple phone calls. Workers sent (Tho. & Bis.) for cleaning of chimney & replacement of pan were respectful knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions and explained in further details what they did and the “why”- (which is important to me) and the working of my fireplace and the care of it. Thank you Metro House of Fire!!!

My fireplace conversation from wood burning to gas is complete. Starting with product information and design help to the actual installation MHOF’s high professionalism made for a smooth process. The efficient crew was polite, kept a well organized site and cleaned up after completion. I can highly recommend this company

Highly recommend Metro House of Fire! Sedge was incredibly helpful in coordinating the appointment and ensuring they had the exact OEM parts ready based on my model. Preston, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and completed the repair in one visit. He also ensured my fireplace was running at peak efficiency.

Absolutely amazing. I will never ever call anyone ever than Metro house of fire to service. My three gas fireplaces. Had another fireplace company out here today. Quoted me $15,000 to $20,000 to replace my entire fire box. Talked with Metro house of fire on the phone, they guided me through four simple steps and my fireplace that was not working at all completely works and it cost me zero dollars compared to the $99 charge I paid just for someone to look at my fireplace and tell me that there was nothing they could do. I would give more stars if possible. They were patient, polite, courteous, and obviously extremely caring. They made exactly $0 dollars off of me and I cannot say how much I appreciate just what great people Metro House of fire are.

Originally, my contractor advised me to get a ventless firebox and gas logs from Home Depot or Lowe’s. Neither had models to show and reviews were poor especially concerning customer service. Sedge at Metro House of Fire explained in detail about aspects to consider as he showed me floor models, He has also been helpful in guiding my contractor with installation. I paid a little more to get superior quality but also have the reassurance of local expertise.
