  This review is really quite long overdue. We just had another pellet stove recently installed. In short, we have not been an easy customer/situation at all. When had the first stove installed, no one had any way of knowing what the unique conditions of our region would do to a pellet stove! Through no one's fault at McKenney, the weather and extreme winds here kept creating multiple challenges. Most organizations would have just said, "Well, the sale is done. Good luck!" But time after time and issue after issue, McKenney came through and found solutions for each problem. It was a learning curve for all of us, but we got it down now. Both stoves are working great. All the staff members have been fantastic--helpful and very knowledgeable about everything in their field. Thanks so much for all your great service and support!

  We bought a pellet insert back in 2014. These folks had all the right answers right off the bat.then we had to make our decision of which stove. So they did us right we shopped around but the people had to search for answers where Mckinney knew right off the top of their heads. As in for parts most were in stock if not didnt take long to get. They also were helpful to help with problems that occured. Well here it is years later we decided to add a second to replace our wood stove. Wouldnt you know they actually had a refurbished free standing off the same pellet stove. We liked the style it fits our decore of the home. When we went just to look and see at the time we weren't prepared to buy at the moment. We were just getting ideas and where we stand. When they shown us the same stove we fell in love with it told them we wanted it but could get it till the end of the year. Didnt put a deposit on it but trusted us with our word and saved it. The loyalty they have is great. Definitely our go to place. Highly recommend these folks well woth the drive. Thank You

  I went in to get an opinion on a fireplace insert, and they took the time to meet with me for over 45 minutes to talk through the options. I was appreciative of their up front and honest advice and impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. Their showroom had many different designs and the help given was consultative, with my best interest in mind. Would strongly recommend, excellent customer service!!!!!
