They came out in a timely manner and were courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. After another repair service told me I needed 2 parts and they couldn't guarantee that the other parts would work ( trying to get me to buy a new fireplace from them) Masun came out. They told me I had a great fireplace and only had to replace 1 part. Working great now!!

Great Service! Quality service from start to finish at a reasonable price. I highly recommend MaSun. Chip was very knowledgeable and professional. Getting a replacement module for my older fireplace took some time, because of part issues and not due to MaSun. They are a great company to do business with!

Excellent service and honest work. I've used Masun Energy for many years now, and they've always done great work, and for a good price. They have changed my fireplace from wood to gas, then back again, and then back again! We have had issues with our fireplace for far too long, and Mason Energy Systems was able to fix our issue within a couple hours. I wanted to write a review specifically because of how professional and courteous the technician was. I really appreciated that he showed up on time, took his shoes off at the front door, and laid a sheet down in front of the fireplace while he worked. These little things really matter to me as it shows respect for someone's things and home. Thank you for a pleasant experience, and for fixing our fireplace!

Wow! What a transformation! We’ve had enough of the wood burning smell, the dust and ash and storing firewood outside so we converted our original 1963 wood burning fireplace to natural gas. MaSun Energy Systems did a great job. Excellent systems selection, fast scheduling, great communication, very reasonable cost. Pics attached.
