Owner replied to my original review on 6/24/25 and states they have no Lynn or drama as a customer. I have been a customer since 2015. Recently had to reuse for warranty work that somehow was not covered. I am a PREVIOUS customer who will no longer ever use this business. Owner, please search invoice number 95946 for $850 and invoice number 7854 for $2,2925.00. If you still cannot locate Lynn, then you have some serious issues other than worrying about my review. These were the service guys that came out and then another one had to come back out to fix the screw/bolt later. 0C Tim Gutierrez and 0G Jackson Thomas from Master Services Inc will be coming Thursday, June 12 2025 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM for Chimney Again, don't worry about any drama. I will not ever use your services in the future. You probably should worry about the 1 stars that are still coming in after my 6/2025 service dates.
