Trystin, Malcolm and Renee were my technicians. They did wonderful job removing my old wood burning insert and installing a new electric fireplace insert. They cleaned up behind themselves, gave me instructions on how to use my new insert as well as demonstrated. They worked well together and were very professional at their work. The young men knew how to do their jobs. I am very proud to have Trystin, Malcolm and Renee install my new electrical fireplace insert.
