We searched the local area for an outdoor wood burner, and these guys at Martin's ended up being the most responsive, fair, and professional. They sell a range of outdoor tools, so mowers, saws, 4 wheel utility vehicles, and Stihl products of all kinds. Great customer service and quality gear. Note that they have a store in Geneva and one in Seneca Falls

My experience purchasing a gas insert from Martin's Stove and Fireplace was pleasant from start to finish. Ken patiently answered my questions and helped me select the right insert for my needs. He also measured and scheduled the installation promptly. Bryan installed the fireplace insert-- he was very knowledgeable and professional, and worked efficiently to install the insert in my existing fireplace. He put drop cloths on the floors and vacuumed all work areas. I would highly recommend Martin's Stove and Fireplace-- I absolutely love my new gas insert!

My husband & I could not be more pleased with our purchase and installation of a gas fireplace insert. After being told by two other contractors that our outdated insert could not be replaced, Josh Martin kindly and expertly stepped in and guided our experience from beginning to end with care. Not only did he take the extra time to check the fireplace before we actually ordered anything, but he went the extra mile to find the perfect insert for us: a task which involved several phone calls and much legwork on his end, I'm sure. His service man completed the installation ahead of the quoted time and left the completed job as clean as he originally found it when he first arrived. We highly recommend Martin's Stove & Fireplace, and will be doing so with our friends and family.
