Do not hire! I repeat do not hire. My wife and I hired Richard to service our fireplace right before Christmas. He came over, was very polite and after a day or two after his service, the fireplace went out. I followed up with Richard with numerous phone calls and an email. He returned none. We spent Christmas without a working fireplace, which would’ve brought a nice touch to our Christmas party. Huge disappointment
